If you were looking to take advantage of my £99 early bird deal for March and April then I’m afraid you’re too late. That expired on 18th February and all 11 places were taken.
I’ve had a look at my diary and have room to work with 3 more people in April. Sadly you won’t be able to take advantage of the discount but you will still get all the amazing knowledge-bombs and you will still leave full of confidence and ready to put your camera to good use!
My diary for April will be closing at the end of February or earlier when the spaces are filled. Read on to see how I can help you and book your space below.
Book in for March or April by 18th February and take advantage of the lowest price you will ever see this year!
I love to help people just like you get to grips with their cameras and I’d love to help you overcome your challenges. With my one-to-one Photography for Beginners course I’ll get you shooting on manual mode with confidence in half a day.
This year I’m on a mission to help more people take amazing photos so I’m kicking off the year with some early bird special slots. My half-day one-to-one Photography for Beginners course is usually £147 but I’ve slashed a number of places down to just £99 until midnight on Sunday 18th February. This is the lowest price you’ll ever pay in 2018!
I know that you want to put your camera to good use and be able to take photos that you’ll be so proud to put up on your living room wall. Your kids having fun without a care in the world. Your dogs running around on the beach. The flowers in your garden that you’ve worked so hard to grow looking oh so pretty. The amazing places that you go on holiday.
I’ll give you the knowledge to help you improve your photography in language that you understand. But it’s not just about the knowledge. Yes, you’ll learn everything you need to know to take great pictures on manual mode and more than that, you will have the confidence to get out there and do it.
We’ll start off with some theory in your home (don’t worry, I make the technical jargon easy to understand and there won’t be any tests) and then there will be plenty of time for you to practise your new skills using your own camera in your local area. I’ll be on hand to answer all of your questions as we go.
This course does exactly as promised and comes with a confidence boost that makes you want to “get out there”. It made sense of my camera and those buttons I never went near for fear of breaking stuff! Turns out those buttons are really useful…….ha! Being a one2one course it is pretty much tailored to “you” and your camera. I would recommend this course to all those, who like me, have neither the time nor patience to wade through instruction manuals the size of War & Peace and would prefer to spend 3 hours in good company with a knowledgeable professional who gets to what you need to take great pictures. Highly recommended.Graeme Kirkpatrick (August 2017)

Do you want to take photos like these?
Here are a few photos my clients have sent me. Yes, you too, can learn how to take photos just like these!
“The beginners lesson was so helpful and I now feel more confident in using manual mode on my camera. Anne was able to really help me put everything into practical use during the lesson. Anne showed me how to use certain camera features to gain particular photos I was looking to shoot (for example: portrait shots with blurred background, working with movement, and working in natural light). I would definitely recommend Anne.”
Jennifer Hamilton (February 2017)
“Excellent one on one tuition. I bought a new camera with lots of settings and functions that I had absolutely no idea how to use. I had become reliant on using ‘auto’ for my photos but knew I was not achieving optimal performance and testing the camera’s full capabilities. After Anne’s help, I will no longer have the auto function on again. I can now look forward to having fun with my camera. Thank you so much.”
Kelly Meighan (July 2016)
“Anne is a very friendly person who made the whole learning experience enjoyable. She explained things well and answered all of the questions I had. She showed me quite a few things about my camera which I didn’t realise and they have made a big difference to my photography. I have had a boost of confidence to just get out there and click away.”

Frequently asked questions
This morning I had my Beginners 1 2 1 course with Anne and am now very keen to get out there with my camera set in manual mode. Anne’s tuition has helped me to understand my camera so much better and took the “scary” out of deciding on my own exposures. Thank you Anne. I am looking forward to your help with Lightroom.Rosemary Llewellyn (August 2017)
